21 Million Japanese Vaccine Records Reveal Alarming Death Spike Months After mRNA Injections

A group of Japanese researchers has uncovered a significant surge in deaths occurring months after COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations, according to Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, report on Focal Points.

The data, compiled by United Citizens for Stopping mRNA Vaccines, includes more than 21 million official vaccination records obtained through freedom-of-information requests.

Leading the analysis is Professor Yasufumi Murakami of the Tokyo University of Science, who revealed a hidden mortality peak appearing 90 to 120 days post-injection.

According to the findings, this death spike was absent in unvaccinated populations, suggesting a link to the mRNA injections.

In Sagamihara City, the data further revealed that individuals who received more vaccine doses experienced earlier mortality peaks.

Those who had four or more doses showed increased deaths well before the 90-day window, raising fresh concerns about dose-dependent risks.

Batch variability also emerged as a key concern, with certain vaccine lots associated with significantly higher adverse outcomes.

The dataset, which includes fields like vaccination date, batch number, and death status, highlights inconsistencies between vaccine lots — a pattern supported by existing peer-reviewed literature.

Peter McCullough, MD, noted that Pfizer batch codes beginning with “E” have been flagged as particularly dangerous, suggesting a systemic problem in production quality.

The Japanese Ministry of Health’s approval of a self-amplifying mRNA shot — co-developed by Meiji Seika Pharma, CSL Seqirus, and Arcturus Therapeutics — has been met with public resistance.

As of April 2025, only around 15,000 of those newer injections have been administered, a number many attribute to growing public distrust.

The manufacturer is now involved in legal proceedings against Congressman Kazuhiro Haraguchi, who developed lymphoma after receiving three mRNA doses.

Haraguchi later reported that spike protein was found in his lymph cells, and he has since become one of the most vocal critics of mRNA injections within Japan’s political establishment.

Despite rising pressure, the Japanese government has officially acknowledged just over 1,000 deaths caused by COVID-19 vaccines as of June 2, 2025.

Critics argue that the actual toll is likely far higher due to the time-lagged nature of vaccine-induced mortality.

Deaths occurring months after injection are rarely flagged as vaccine-related, leading to systemic underreporting and incomplete pharmacovigilance.

Masako Ganaha, an independent journalist and member of the United Citizens group, emphasized that these findings expose the failure of current safety monitoring systems.

According to Ganaha, delayed-onset harms are practically invisible to existing surveillance frameworks, which primarily focus on acute reactions.

The database compiled by volunteers is publicly available and continues to grow, as some municipalities remain cooperative while others resist transparency.

To date, over 25 million individual records have been collected, making it one of the largest real-world datasets of its kind globally.
