A startling warning has emerged from former CIA officer Kevin Shipp, who claims that President-elect Donald Trump and his close ally Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are in grave danger following the 2024 U.S. presidential election. According to Shipp, both men are not only at risk in the United States but also from global forces.
During a recent interview with Candace Owens, Shipp highlighted the precarious situation surrounding Trump and Kennedy, stating, “They’re in extreme danger not just in the United States, but from global powers, both Donald Trump and Bobby Kennedy, without question.”
Shipp, who has been outspoken about his concerns regarding the CIA’s covert operations, warned that the highest levels of the agency are particularly dangerous. “The top 20% of the CIA, especially at the highest levels, are malignant narcissists. They do not care about human life,” Shipp explained
He emphasized that while many CIA employees are dedicated patriots, the top echelons are responsible for much of the agency’s dark operations, which have long been shrouded in secrecy.
“Now, the 80% below, there’s a lot of good patriotic America-loving people just doing their job,” he continued. “But the 20% that’s where the darkness and the evil is because they do not believe in democracy at that level and they could care less about the Constitution because they break federal law all the time. They broke it in my case several times. So it’s that top dark 20% that are doing the same things they’ve been doing since MK Ultra was initiated.”
Drawing parallels with previous government operations, Shipp referred to the CIA’s history with MK Ultra, a covert mind control program, suggesting that similar forces could be at play in modern attempts to harm Trump and Kennedy. He called for urgent reforms within the CIA to dismantle its covert operational power.
“Thank God, Bobby Kennedy’s in there now and I hope the Trump administration now will start hacking away at the top 20% in twilight of that shadow government me and Ken call for reform of the CIA and removal of that covert operational power that has to conceal what it’s doing through secrecy,” Shipp said.
Trump has already survived multiple assassination attempts. In July 2024, a gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, fired shots at Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Secret Service shot and killed Crooks. Shipp speculated that Crooks may have been influenced by mind control programs like MK Ultra.
Another incident occurred in September 2024, when Ryan Routh was arrested for attempting to assassinate Trump at his golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida, although no shots were fired.
In October 2024, Farhad Shakeri, identified as an “Iranian asset,” was charged with plotting to kill Trump on behalf of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Shakeri is still at large, raising further concerns about international threats to the president-elect’s safety.
The history of assassination attempts against the Kennedy family is also a chilling reminder of the risks they face. Shipp pointed out the parallels between Trump’s current situation and the tragic fate of Robert F. Kennedy’s father and uncle. Both men, who were significant political figures, were assassinated in what many speculate was orchestrated by the CIA.
This history adds to the gravity of Shipp’s warnings for Kennedy, whose presidential campaign has positioned him as a potential disruptor to the political establishment.
